Blackhouse Rum is fermented and distilled in very small batches in a traditional copper pot still from raw organic cane pressing, rich molasses and pure loch water. Aged entirely in-house, off grid.
Matured in ex-bourbon oak Quater casks, it delivers warm spice, rich vanilla and hints of coffee with an uplifting bright finish reminiscent of an Agricola rum.
